Food Blogging - Chocolate Cheesecake

This Friday, me and wifey were up in Mankato doing some shopping. We had to stop in the mall and get a couple of sheet pans for baking. While we looking around, I spotted a spring form pan, which we don't have, and got an instant craving for cheesecake. It's been a while since I've made cheesecake. One of the last ones that really sticks out is several years ago, before we got married. It had chopped up pieces of snickers bars on it.
